I have been a Kimbra Co. client, ordering every once in a while, over the last 14 years. The ornaments were the quality that I expected, but the company's customer service seems to have taken a nose dive. First, I was having trouble logging in. I contacted the company via their automated directions on their website, not one time, but twice. Never heard anything back in my inbox or spam. Then I called and left a message on the voicemail. No return phone call. Nothing. Now a good week has gone by and the time is ticking down to Christmas. I got even more desperate and just trying to use my old password over and over again until it was accepted. I was finally in. Now at least I was able to place an order and receive the automated messages as it went out to shipping. But the frustration didn't end there. I picked up the delivered box off of my porch to see a dirty ribbon hanging out of the box. (I had ordered ornaments) Once opened, I was dismayed to see that the ornaments had simply been thrown into the box. The bags that they are normally sealed into were thrown on top and the extra packaging needed to keep things from rattling around in transit was forgotten. So it's not surprising that the person sealing the box didn't happen to flip all of the ribbons in before the box was taped up. Fortunately, none were damaged in spite of it all, as I surely wouldn't want to have to deal with trying to get a hold of the mystery staff that never did reach out to me in any way to this point. I'll replace the ribbon myself and sadly will think long and hard before I place another order. I hate writing negative reviews and only hope that my experience helps in some way for Kimbra Co. to do what is necessary to save their reputation as a top notch company.
